juan265 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification and any other documentation reasonably requested by juan265 as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. juan265 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify juan265 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
juan265 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. juan265 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name.
Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. juan265 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. juan265 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
juan265 is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR reporting requirements. Any suspicious transaction activity may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with applicable law. juan265 reserves the right to freeze an Account and withhold funds pending regulatory investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan265 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical interruptions. juan265's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits juan265's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by juan265 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
juan265 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Amended Terms take effect 14 days after notification unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your Balance before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through juan265's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For gaming-related disputes, PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may apply where relevant under applicable regulatory requirements.
